Shipping

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included on every package.

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days of being placed.

Custom orders may require 2–3 weeks before shipping, depending on the complexity of the design.

Gift wrapping is included with every order at no extra charge — your piece will arrive beautifully presented and ready to give.

Domestic shipping is a flat $6.95. Orders over $100 ship free.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free — just reach out within 14 days of delivery.

Lisa will resize or remake your piece at no charge to make sure it fits perfectly.
