Shipping Details
How Your Order Ships
All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking included. Because every piece is handcrafted to order, please allow 3–5 business days for your jewelry to be completed before it ships.
Once your piece is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–3 business days after shipping.
Gift wrapping is included with every order — your jewelry will arrive beautifully presented and ready to give (or keep for yourself).
Return Policy
14-Day Return Window
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, simply contact Lisa at lisa@lisamaryallison.com and she’ll walk you through the process.
Custom Orders
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. If there’s ever an issue with your custom piece, please reach out — Lisa stands behind her work and will make it right.
Need a Different Size?
Easy Size Exchanges
Lisa is happy to exchange your piece for a different size within 14 days of delivery. Just contact her at lisa@lisamaryallison.com to arrange your exchange.
Your original piece should be unworn and in its original packaging. Lisa will craft your new size and ship it out as soon as it’s ready.
